Training is the cornerstone to what Empire IPS has built its delivery system of security services on. Training at Empire IPS is continuous and directed to ensure that our primary interest—our clients—are served to the best standard. Empire’s philosophy focuses on the concept that training forms the basis from which an officer will react in the field. Proper training is crucial to the success of both our firm and our clients.

A fully trained Empire IPS Officer is empowered to effectively enforce the law (Trespass To Property Act, Canadian Criminal Code, Tenant Protection Act), your rules and regulations, while maintaining an exceptional level of customer service and remaining vigilant to issues pertaining to your property (maintenance, safety hazards) and the safety and well being of all persons on your premises.
